Bordier Butter with Espelette
The best butter in the world made in Brittany is blended with espelette powder, a pepper grown in the Basque region of France. (It’s more fruity and fresh than spicy.)
LU Cookies
Yeah, you can find these at specialty stores in the US, but they are more special, widely available and cheaper brought back from Paris. (If they make them off the plane.) A biscuit with an equivalent size slab of milk or dark chocolate and “small schoolboy” in relief.
Champagne stopper
Of course you could load up on champagne while in Paris, but I like bringing home a champagne stopper or 2 from my favorite home store. They are small, useful and a great reminder of your trip emblazoned with the French colors. Makes a great hostess gift as well!
Tea towels
I know, I know this sounds kind of generic, but truly, can you have enough quality tea towels? I have been trying to stop reaching for my Costco paper towels as much and use something more sustainable - but also gives me pleasure to clean/ dry.
Sabre utensils
I’m such a fangirl for this brand. I want all their stuff. My kids still use their children’s flatware set. I have sets of the horn flatware and oodles of serving spoons, and butter knives. They have their own stores throughout Paris, or you can pick up their stuff at many of the high end home stores.
