French style backpack
Most kids at our public school have a “cartable” that is landscape style, as opposed to the Jansports I grew up with that were portrait orientation. This backpack has the rainbows and the glitter that my daughters crave. I like it because the navy main body color won’t show too much dirt. I also like that it’s made out of durable recycled polyester.
Unicorn knee high socks
My kids love the brand Billieblush and they are all about these sparkly unicorn knee high socks that are great for the transition from summer to fall. Plus no one at their school has them (yet).
Onitsuka Tiger Mexico shoes
My oldest calls these her “fast” shoes. She thinks thay give her speedy powers on the playground and during PE. I have tried to convince my youngest daughter of the same so she’ll stop asking to be carried all the time and finally walk. They look like lace ups but are velcro, making getting out the door in the AM easier.
KKNEKKI hair tie / bracelet
I actually steal these from my kids. It’s definitely a luxury to spend so much on a hair tie but I love that they don’t snag your hair and double as cool looking bracelets. Plus the number of colors they come in are endless!
Hello Kitty Pencil Case
I get sooo nostalgic this time of year. I want to watch You’ve Got Mail and buy a fresh pair of Doc Martens. I was so excited when my kids wanted a Hello Kitty pencil box like I had as a kid. This box is tricked out with a place for 6 pencils, a pencil sharpener and place for secret notes. Swoon.
